The quiz and your free result are exactly that, free, for your personal use. You are welcome to screenshot and share your result. Please do not scrape the site, republish whole pages, or pass the work off as your own.
Some things need an account, most obviously the paid full profile. Use a real email address you control, since access and sign-in links go there. If you buy without being signed in, an account is created for you from the email you paid with; it is yours, and you can set a password or delete it whenever you like.
The purchase, and the promise
The full profile is a one-off purchase, currently 6.99 GBP, that permanently unlocks the complete version of your thinker-type result on your account. No subscription, nothing recurring, no card kept on file. And if you change your mind within 14 days, email us and the payment is refunded in full, no reasons needed.
Payment is processed by Stripe; kwokka.net never sees your card details. Access attaches to the email address you pay with. Because the content is delivered the moment payment completes, you agree to that immediate delivery when you buy; the 14 day refund promise above applies regardless, which is more generous than the law requires and offered gladly.
Prices may change, but a change never affects an unlock already bought.
Kwokka is philosophy for reflection and enjoyment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and a thinker type is a mirror to argue with, not a diagnosis. If something serious is going on in your life, a qualified professional beats a quiz every time, and we would be the first to say so.
Do not attempt to break, overload, or interfere with the site, other people’s accounts, or the payment flow. We may suspend accounts that do.
The writing, illustrations and design of Kwokka are ours (with licensed and open-data elements credited where they appear). Quote short passages with credit and a link, and ask first for anything bigger.
Kwokka is a small, cared-for site. We aim to keep it up and improving, but features may change, pause, or retire, and brief downtime happens. The full profile you have paid for stays yours: if Kwokka ever closed for good, refunds for recent purchases would be honoured first.
To the extent the law allows, Kwokka is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer, which sit untouched on top of everything here.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs to the courts there. If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest carry on without it.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it; a change never rewrites a purchase already made.
